HOTEL ANTEQUERA HOSTS MORE THAN 400 COMMERCIAL AND BANKRUPTCY LAW EXPERTS AT THE IX EXFIMER CONFERENCE
More than 400 lawyers and experts in commercial and bankruptcy law from across Spain are meeting today until next Saturday at Hotel Antequera at the IX Conference debating these subjects.
The event was opened by Andrés Calvo, the deputy mayor of the Local Government of Antequera, and Juan Álvarez, the city's Counselor for the Environment, in addition to Exfimer's president, Pablo Franco. Furthermore, this edition was attended by specialist magistrates in commercial law and the directors of the conference, Enrique Sanjuán and Fernando Caballero, a commercial law graduate and vice-president of Extimer, Aurelio Guerrea, the president of A.T. 11ª del Instituto de Censores Jurados de Cuentas de España, Eduardo Molina, the president of Consejo Andalúz del Colegio de Economistas, Juan Carlos Robles, and the Dean of the Chartered Institute of Lawyers in Antequera, José Manuel González.
The debates at the conference will cover topics such as new liquidation processes, solutions for bankruptcy, credit in public administration and reintegration in cases of corporate groups. Additionally, the organisers have planned a series of roundtables where certain aspects pertaining to commercial and bankruptcy law will be examined.
Tomorrow night at Hotel Convento La Magdalena in Antequera, conference attendees will enjoy a special gala dinner during which commemorative plaques will be handed over.
On Saturday, this important forum will be closed. It began nine years ago and the facilities of the Grupo Antequera Golf have always been chosen to host it. This closing ceremony will be attended by the heart of this conference, Pablo Franco, and a large number of personalities with prominent roles.
